Governing Law

You acknowledge that the terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Cyprus , without taking into account any conflict of laws principles. 

Dispute Regulation

Only Portugal's recognized courts, which are the proper and pertinent forums, will hear any issues pertaining to or arising out of the Terms. You agree to bring legal action within a year of the claim date.

Access to the Goods and Services

In compliance with these Terms, you may utilize the features and services provided by Marsianoo. We recommend that users carefully read the Terms before acquiring any goods or services. By using the Marsianoo website and its services, users attest that they have read these Terms attentively and accept them in their entirety. 

On this platform, users may find information on digital game material, including how to gain authentic and genuine Codes. We don't create any material ourselves; instead, we give users access keys to use on the developer's platform to unlock and download stuff. All of the Code originates from external sources. Additional license agreements and criteria may apply to developer sites. Please contact us via email at [email protected] if you have any queries or worries. User Agreement

These terms outline the types of personal information we gather, how we use it, with whom we share it, and why. They also clearly outline your rights as users with regard to data management. Additionally, there is a Privacy Policy on the website that details your rights and how data is utilized. 

To utilize the full range of services offered by Marsianoo, you must create a user account on the website. Ensure that the information associated with your account is kept confidential and not misused. Please be aware that owing to age restrictions, we only permit legally-age individuals to purchase specific Content. Parental or guardian approval is needed before minors can accept these terms. If you are underage, you or your legal guardians must make sure you only access Content that is appropriate for your age.

Before making a purchase, users should independently confirm that the technical requirements of the Content match their software and hardware setups. This ensures seamless downloads and access to material. The Marsianoo or the developer's Content website may provide information on the optimal configurations.

Users must have the required device, be permitted to do so, and use a payment method that Marsianoo accepts in order to buy and download digital Content. To prevent exceeding third-party data restrictions and incurring related costs, we suggest that you confirm your data limits and pricing. In the end, customers bear the cost of any expenses related to data access or transfers to third parties. 

Terms of Agreement

Your interactions with our and third-party platforms that are connected to our services are governed by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Accessing, downloading, and getting access Codes from Marsianoo are all included in this. Furthermore, it's important to understand the following for each of the subsequent agreements: 

  • current terms that are in effect;
  • any affiliate conditions and associated agreements, if any;
  • clauses that, in whole or in part, change the terms of this agreement in order to address security issues or to conform to legal or regulatory requirements. You will be notified before such contracts are put into effect.

If additional limitations are placed that you feel are unacceptable, this agreement may be terminated. Please use the channels above to let us know if you prefer that we not add any new conditions to your agreement, and we will try to make the required modifications within 30 days. English and other languages, if appropriate, may be used to communicate this agreement. 

Terms of Access

Users of Marsianoo can get Codes that allow them to download and interact with third-party Content, learn about the main characteristics of the product in question, and see any related movies or pictures that highlight or explain it.

To access Content from third parties, a Code must be purchased. This Code becomes active on your profile after you purchase it and receive a post-purchase email. To access the indicated Content, enter the Code on the relevant third-party portal. After the Code has been validated and confirmed, it is considered to be discarded.

Marsianoo is not liable for any losses if the platform developer bans you or deletes your profile. If the developer gives you the Code but stops you from accessing the pertinent Content, we are not obligated to compensate the Code's purchase price.

Uncontrollable disruptions can never be totally eradicated despite our best efforts to prevent them. We'll notify you as soon as the Content is accessible and try to reduce your losses. However, problems resulting from Content that we do not own are beyond our jurisdiction. Therefore, after contacting us, you can end your agreement and receive a full refund for any Codes that were not supplied if these interruptions cause lengthy delays.

We don't alter or modify the Content; we merely provide access Codes relevant to it. Any modifications are subject to a license agreement with the Content owner. For an additional charge, the creator may recommend changes and versions of the Content. 

Terms of Purchase

Verify that Marsianoo has thoroughly evaluated your order before fulfilling it. An email confirming your purchase will be sent to you. Please inform us if an order is refused. The following are some potential causes for this: 

  • the Code associated with the requested Content is no longer available;
  • there is an error in the Code's description or price;
  • due to the rejection of the payment method, we are legally unable to deliver the Code.

Marsianoo closely monitors any abnormal activities. We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or ban orders and close accounts if we discover anything suspicious about the account or purchase. Even after the order has been verified, it can occur at any time. If this situation sounds like you, please contact us so we can talk about the details and come up with a solution.

Agreement Termination

You may decide to end the agreement and perhaps receive a refund if any of the following occur: 

  • you have been informed of the modifications to these terms and have decided not to accept them;
  • you find mistakes in the price or Content of the Code and choose not to buy it;
  • the distribution of the Code might be significantly delayed;
  • technical difficulties prevented the Code from operating for the entire 48 hours;
  • you decide against getting the Code. If you choose not to use the Code, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of getting the confirmation email.

It's crucial to understand that once Codes have been deployed and used, they cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

For a termination to be effective, users must formally notify us of their choice. We will use the available lines of communication to send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as we receive a pertinent request.

If a user has a valid reason for getting reimbursement for an unused voucher, they can seek a refund within two weeks of the purchase, as stated in the terms. If the refund request is confirmed, the reimbursement for the Code's cost is processed 14 days after it is submitted. The refund is then issued using the user's chosen payment method.

Agreement Termination by Marsianoo

This agreement may be ended at any time, and you will receive notice via email. You agree that we may end this agreement at any time in accordance with its terms without your consent or the need for a court order. Termination may commence under the following conditions: 

  • Marsianoo determines that there has been a breach of one or more of these terms;
  • you receive a confirmation email from Marsianoo, but you are unable to process any additional payments on your end.

You shall continue to be liable for paying us all outstanding debts even if this agreement is terminated. Code access privileges, Marsianoo usage records, and Marsianoo accounts can all be deleted at any time and without notice. Any provision in these Terms must remain in effect even after the contract is terminated in order to remain enforceable. 

Product Policy and Rights

You are entitled to Codes that are both reasonably priced and of a respectable caliber. Even though we put a lot of effort into creating safe and error-free scripts, we can not guarantee whether or not they will function with every setup.

After purchasing the Code, you must abide by these Terms in order to access the pertinent Content. Although developers let users access the Content in accordance with the applicable EULA, consumers do not possess any ownership rights over it. The User may be entitled to other rights not specifically stated in these Terms, in addition to ownership of the downloaded Content.

The acquired Code is still subject to applicable local regulations and is only meant for private, non-commercial use. Users are not permitted to remove any ownership symbols from the Content, change it in any way, extract portions of it, or profit from its distribution to third parties.

Purchases

Please confirm that any Codes you get are from Marsianoo. Please let us know right away if you see any changes. We have the right to recall the  Code or offer compensation, depending on the circumstances.

There is a unique Code for each game edition that can only be used once. Users are in charge of utilizing the Content in accordance with developer standards, installing the required updates, and following any applicable laws. Users allow us to take the necessary actions to determine the origin of the Code's problem and how it affects us.

Abdication of Liability

We absolve ourselves of all liability for any unforeseen harm or damages to users. Only if we violate these terms without using reasonable caution will we be held responsible. Damages from incorrect installations, failure to follow instructions, or other accidents that could have been prevented with adequate procedures are not covered by us.

Miscellaneous

We may assign our rights and responsibilities to other organizations in accordance with these terms.

The terms of this agreement remain divided under any applicable law. The remaining provisions will remain in force even if a governing body rules that some parts or sections are unlawful. Even if we delay to take initial action, we have the right taking further action if any of the Terms are violated.

Please be aware that nothing in these terms is intended to restrict any legal rights or remedies that you may already have.
